May 31st, 2025 – Abstract submission deadline
August 31st, 2025 – Extended abstract deadline (an extended abstract is expected for each abstract submitted, in Word format)
Extended abstract will be peer-reviewed by a scientific committe and potential revisions shall be made by October 31st, 2025
A publication containing all the contributions will be published and made available in pdf format on this website

Instruction for poster session
The poster must be in portrait orientation, A0 format and only 1 « page » . All posters shall be in English.
Please print your poster and bring it to the conference.
A PDF version of your poster must be uploaded to this page by 27 January 2026
We expect you to put up your posters by 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday 28 January 2026
