THE MONT TERRI CAPROCK INTEGRITY SYMPOSIUM & CONFERENCE
Great success for the first edition
The first Caprock Integrity and Gas Storage Symposium, CIGSS, was held on 24 and 25 January 2024 at the Mont Terri visitor centre in Saint-Ursanne. International participation reached 44%, demonstrating the interest in our research activities well beyond our national borders, with the participation of research groups from California, the UK and the EU. We were able to count on the participation of the world’s leading experts on CO2 storage. In view of the resounding success, which exceeded our expectations, we are already planning a second edition in 2026.
